DUAL DEPTH CARDIO & STRENGTH WORKOUT. This aquatic fitness instructor video was designed to help instructors make the most of aquatic base moves by providing challenging variations of them. The twist? After introducing the 20 moves, class participants will get to choose their favorite base move variations. The same principle is applied to four segments that feature foam dumbbells, webbed gloves, noodles and Aqualogix bells. If you don’t have the equipment in your facility, you can present the challenge with just the water’s resistance.
