SHALLOW WATER CLASS IDEAS. This express aqua fitness instructor video features three segments - kicks, punches and crunches. Use segments individually or together as one 20-minute segment. Drag equipment is optional for the upper and lower body segments. A small ball is used for the crunch segment, but a flotation belt or noodle can be substituted.
