SIMPLE KICKBOXING CARDIO COMBINATIONS. This 45-minute shallow water aquatic fitness video features an easy-to-teach and an easy-to-follow kickboxing cardio format. The seven combinations include just two moves, a kicking exercise for lower body and a punching exercise for upper body. This simplified approach allows your class members to exercise at maximal intensity with the repetition of 2-move combinations.
