DEEP WATER TRAVEL ALTERNATED WITH TABATA ROUNDS. This aquatic fitness instructor video features a class format that alternates traveling cardio segments with HIIT/Tabata rounds. The traveling combinations expand beyond jogging and include a variety of arm and leg movements that travel in variety of directions so that your class participants get a challenging total-body workout. Most of the routine can be done in shallow water. However, water fitness instructors will want to modify the swim-kick movements to make them suitable for shallow water use. Equipment is not needed, however webbed gloves or Aqualogix uppers and lowers can be added for extra resistance.
