POOL NOODLE CORE EXERCISES. This aquatic fitness instructor video features 30 pool noodle core exercises. The first 15 exercises are with the noodle behind the back and the next 15 are from plank position. Each exercise is taught for 30 seconds for a total routine time of around 15 minutes. Perfect for cherry-picking, using one segment, or using in its entirety, instructors can easily add these exercises into their classes. The routine was filmed in shallow water, but most of the exercises can be performed in deep water. Any pool noodle will do.
