Upper Body Cardio Circuit

SHALLOW WATER UPPER BODY CIRCUIT WITH EQUIPMENT OPTIONS.  In this aquatic fitness instructor video, the same 10-move cardio circuit is performed four times. The first 5-minute circuit is instructed without equipment, and the following three circuits are taught with a pool noodle, a pair of hand buoys and finally with Aqualogix drag belles. The primary purpose of the video is to demonstrate how the muscle actions change each time. The secondary purpose is to validate the use of repetition for muscular endurance and strength.
