DEEP WATER WELLNESS EXERCISES. Take away six exercise segments that target overall wellness with hip and shoulder joint mobility, as well as upper and lower body strength and flexibility. A pool noodle and flotation belt are required for deep water, but this routine can be adapted to shallow water with just a noodle. A cheaper “Dollar Store” noodle is recommended.
