The Quiet Burn

DEEP WATER INTERVAL TRAINING CLASS.  This deep-water interval class format was designed to build intensity beneath the surface. Easy to teach, the deep water exercises are timed at 60 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds recovery.  The longer work cycles utilize a full range of motion and applied force to maximize the resistance of the water and uncover the “quiet burn” below the surface. A flotation belt is required and webbed gloves are optional.
