Aqua Zumba® Express

SHALLOW WATER DANCE FITNESS. This express (23-minute) video is a special collaboration between Fitmotivation and Zumba®.  This aquatic fitness instructor video is an opportunity to explore the international dance steps & rhythms of Aqua Zumba®.  It was also the perfect opportunity to introduce Maria Teresa Stone, a well-known Zumba Education Specialist (ZES).
